These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website zoizyshineea.world operated by DailyErgo Solutions (Zoizyshineea). By accessing the site, browsing content, submitting enquiries, or purchasing workspace ergonomics consultation products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.

1. About Our Services

DailyErgo Solutions provides professional workspace ergonomics consultations including remote desk reviews, on-site workspace audits in the Helsinki region, and team workshops. Our guidance focuses on posture awareness, equipment placement, lighting, and movement habits. Services are educational and advisory in nature; they do not replace occupational health programmes arranged by your employer or statutory occupational healthcare in Finland.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old or have valid authority to enter agreements on behalf of an organisation. You agree to provide accurate information when booking consultations or completing contact forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials issued for client portals or document sharing.

3. Consultation Products and Pricing

Products listed on ergonomic-kits.html, including Essential Desk Review (€149), Complete Workspace Audit (€289), and Team Ergonomics Workshop (€649), are described in good faith. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT for consumers in Finland unless stated otherwise. We may update descriptions and prices; confirmed bookings honour the price agreed at the time of purchase. Custom corporate quotes are governed by separate written agreements where provided.

4. Booking, Payment, and Invoicing

Bookings are confirmed when payment is received or when an invoice is accepted according to agreed payment terms. You agree to attend sessions at scheduled times or provide at least twenty-four hours notice for rescheduling as set out in our Return Policy. Late cancellation may incur fees as described therein. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the document.

5. Client Cooperation During Sessions

You agree to provide safe access to the workspace for on-site visits, adequate lighting for remote assessments, and honest information about discomfort or equipment limitations. You are responsible for implementing physical adjustments within your capability and for obtaining employer approval where equipment changes affect shared offices.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on zoizyshineea.world, including text, graphics, layout, logos, and methodology materials, is owned by DailyErgo Solutions or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use reports and checklists delivered to you for internal workplace purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping content at scale, harassing staff, or submitting unlawful content through forms. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and consultation outputs are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we apply professional care in assessments, we do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or that every adjustment will resolve individual discomfort, as outcomes depend on many factors including pre-existing conditions, compliance with recommendations, and equipment quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, DailyErgo Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific consultation shall not exceed the amount you paid for that consultation, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory consumer protection rules.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DailyErgo Solutions against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of delivered materials, or implementation of changes without regard to safety instructions, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

11. Third-Party Services

Embedded maps, fonts, icons, and payment tools are provided by third parties under their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the contact form you confirm you have read that policy and, where required, consent to processing as indicated by the consent checkbox.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumers resident in Finland may bring claims in the courts of their domicile where mandatory rules so provide. 14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use to reflect legal or business changes. Continued use after publication of updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes to paid services will be communicated to affected clients.
